Join Roni for this beautiful class on the expression of ports de bras. We’ll focus on the nuances and expressive quality of ballet ports de bras, including the elusive shape of the “ballet hand”. Class can be enjoyed sitting or standing and does not require legwork. Ballet arms double as a fabulous exercise for your arms, and particularly your triceps. All ages, genders, and experience levels welcome.
Classwork will be inspired by beautiful ballets like Swan Lake, Giselle, Raymonda, Coppélia and more. Ballet arms can make you feel beautiful…even without the tutu! However, costumes and tutus are very welcome in this joyful class.
